Dear Mike,

 

Laura and I would like to thank you once again for the excellent service you provided to us yesterday with our leaking/cracked valve.

 

Due to the record breaking cold this month, when I walk in your office yesterday I expected to be told I would be "added to a list". Instead, you greeted me with a warm smile and an assurance you would have the valve fixed the same afternoon. You kept to your word by having an expert technician, Keith came to our home. Keith was communicative, neat, pleasant and clearly accomplished in his field.

 

Please know how much we appreciate the service you and Keith afforded us. This may have been just another job well done by Tumminello but to Laura and me it relieved our anxiety of having a water leak during extreme cold and as you well know, could have resulted in a more serious situation had it not been corrected quickly.
